how i see who is online in my blog?

Like I said in the other thread you posted – the “who” that is the names of the people reading your blog are not available and they cannot be obtained.
If you want to “see” how many readers are reading your blog online then you will have to install a third party counter to do that but you can not use a javascript counter on a wordpress.com blog. The third party counters do not tell you names .
From the forum searchbox “who’s online”
http://www.usersonline.com/
From the FAQs http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/12/24/using-the-text-widget/This will tell you what the wordpress stats program covers. http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/02/09/questions-about-stats/
This is all that is available.

i like http://whos.amung.us/ this better myself, even though i have the usersonline code on my sidebar too.

Hey, thanks for posting sulz. Why do you like it better?
I think being able to change the colour scheme is cool. -
no problem. as you said, the button has a colour picker so you can have the button at the shade you want. and you can also see where exactly are the readers in your blog, whether they’re reading your front page or browsing through archives (it provides links).
-
That’s very cool. It’s useful statistical information.
Yup, I’m registering. Thanks lots, *sulz. :) -
huh, i thought i remembered you recommending it in the forums in some long ago thread! =P
-
That’s possible … I could have forgotten … my blogs and my sidebar “tat” have changed so many times I wouldn’t be surprised … lol :)

Scroll down this column to the bottom.
You will see a mauve area with Forums at the top.
Click “support” and you will be able to post. -

hey that is a great tracker. my question is, can i just put it in a text widget in the bottom of my page in the ‘footer widgets’ or do I need to place it with every post and/or every page i create?
Oh, and the Firefox addon they have is great!!!!

weirdscience: no problem. =)
michaelking: just your sidebar/footer widgets will do. it tracks readers anywhere in your blog.

hi! i want to put a daily horoscop in my blog…i took the HTML code but i dont know where 2 put it exactly…anybody can help me?
thx! -
If you want it in the side bar, use a text widget.
If you want it in the blog, switch over to code view on the write page and paste it in there. Then you can switch back to the visual editor to finish your post.
