  How i will set up the URL? when i want new webhook

  You can map an existing domain to your WordPress.com site with the following instructions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Alternatively, if you’re trying to change the address of your wordpress.com site, you can find instructions for that here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Please note that the final step in changing your site address allows you to keep or discard the old address. If you are changing your site address so that you can use the address for a new site, please be sure to keep the old address.
