How install video player?

  I can’t figure out how to install WordPress video players on blog. I have built out the video player, but don’t know how to get it on the blog page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you wish to have a video on your blog and you’re with the Free plan, you can do so by embedding. Check out this page for additional information:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  VideoPress is the video player that’s accessible in WordPress Premium and WordPress Business plans. More info here:

  Thanks, but I’m still not getting it. My blog is on a page hosted by Bluehost. I have built a Spider Video Player but can’t figure out how to place in the persistent architecture of my blog.
