How is my blog saved in WordPress?

I am just curious about how my blog is saved, and if I should be saving a copy of it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@sablonde49 – All sites hosted on WordPress.com are saved and backed up on three different server farms so that if something catastrophic would happen, WPcom would be back up and running from somewhere.
But it is also a very good idea to export your site from time to time to have a back up copy tucked away. Here’s more on exporting https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
Make sure you have backup copies of any images you have used in your posts regardless. Media files are not included in the export file.
Backing up your site independently of WordPress.com is especially important if you have more than one Administrator or Editor on your site since they are able to delete just about everything except the site itself. If another Admin or Editor deletes content, WPcom will not be able to recover it for you. You can learn more about user roles here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
