How is this 'support' – looking for refund

    How is this support – WordPress doesn’t refund my money and and I have to ask forums. How convenient nobody has to answer to a consumer who wants a justified refund. I call that robbery. My defunct domain and plan renewed today and all published info says I have 2 days to have my money refunded. When I canceled on the same day it renewed (today), the system has only renewed less than $10 than the $35 I was charged. How do I receive a refund on the remaining amount of my payment processed today.

    We need details please.
    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and cancellation take place?
    6. Do you wish to use the domain on another site? Or do you wish to cancel it?

    Please clarify as I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.     Cancelling domains
    It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

    4. renewal for plan and domain went through today, july 30 at 3:00 am
    5 refund and request for cancellation happened today also, july 30
    6/ no I don’t want the domain and already cancelled it.

    Thank you! This is my first time working with this system of customer service, that actually worked. I have lost money on some other apps that don’t have a phone, email, direct contact form or live chat. I appreciate your prompt response and refund.
