How long after paying for Guided Transfer before someone contacts me?

I paid for a Guided Transfer a couple of days ago and still have not received any sort of contact from you all. I’ve checked my bank account and payment has cleared. I’ve also checked the email address you have on file, including the spam folder. I’m just curious how long it will be before someone contacts me.

We contacted you yesterday morning in an email sent to the @kristidosh.com email address on your account.
That email is set via Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard.
Is it correct?

I wrongly assumed you would email the address associated with the site, not me as a user. I can get to that account though – thanks!
