How long after paying will the plan become active

  I paid for the business plan, I got a receipt and confirmation email but it still says I am on the free plan.
  When will the business plan be active and why isn’t it right away?

  Thank you very much, the business plan has been added. I have another question: My site is “not secure”, with the https crossed out. How do I fix this? Do I need a new SSL certificate?

  I also noticed your domain, familymattersoc.com, is unverified. I’ve resent the verification email. It will come from the address help[at]wordpress.sawbuck.com.

  Please click the link in that email to verify your domain, or it might be suspended.

  We’ve managed to get your domain properly connected to your site so it’s loading again. It now loads at familymattersoc.com, but I see in your previous thread you also mentioned divorcehelpoc.net.

  I’ve re-added the mapping upgrade for that domain as well, so it will also load your site, but familymattersoc.com is currently the primary domain, so that’s the one that will show to visitors. If you’d like to change that, please start a live chat and we can help you with it there.
