How long before free blog site address accessible after having reverted back to it from personal upgrade?

On Friday 27 July 2018 I reverted back to free blog from a personal upgrade. How long before my free blog address of ‘elisesfamilyhistoryandgenealogyblog.wordpress.com’ is accessible to others on the Internet? Still getting an error/reversion to the personal upgrade site elisefamilyblog stating ‘elisefamilyblog.wordpress.com doesn’t exist’, which it shouldn’t now. But my original free site/blogpage of ‘elisesfamilyhistoryandgenealogyblog.wordpress.com’ is not yet accessible to others. I can only work on it as administrator. How long does it take? Help.

It will continue to be yours until you can transfer it to someone else.

I understand that elisesfamilyhistoryandgenealogyblog.wordpress.com is mine, but if you try to see it (google it/enter the url) you get an error. referring to the site address I was going to have on an upgraded personal plan. It’s not possible to access the original free blog. What to do? Help.
