How long do refunds take

  I requested a refund the 19th of last month and was told it was successful and still haven’t gotten my money back

  Hi User,

  It usually takes 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  I will tag this a “modlook” for a staff member to help with you this issue.

  Be patient please while they take it up from me.

  It looks like the refund did not get processed correctly when you chatted with us in April. Sorry about that.

  I’ve processed it again and it looks like it now went through correctly. You’ll now also see a receipt for the refund in your billing history, here:
