How long do you have to wait before receiving notification?

    On 29 Nov 2011 (almost a year ago) I was invited to fill in an application for WordAds, which I did.
    It is almost a year now, but I have never received any reply to my application. I have attempted to register again, but of course I can’t, because it says “Application has already been sent for this blog”.
    I think one year is a little bit TOO long to wait for a reply. Could someone let me know what I have to do to get some action? Even a reply that says “Your blog sucks, we don’t want you” would be at least better than NO reply. I’m sick of waiting.
