How long does a DMCA Takedown take?

    I sent a DMCA takedown request via the online form on WordPress. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t had a response. I don’t have a reference number and I am not able to contact anyone at WordPress. How do I know if my email has been received and how long does this process take?

    Only our terms of service team have access to DMCA tickets, but our logs show they’ve already replied to you. Please check your inbox and spam folder for their reply.

    There is no fixed timeline for DMCA requests, but we do review all requests we receive.

    We cannot give any more help than this in the public forums, so I’m closing this thread to new replies.
