how long does a refund take?
-
I have requested a refund within one hour of registering a blog with wordpress and have not seen a confirming email. how long does it take? As I worked my way around the WP site, trying to make changes to my blog I would take an action (such as choosing a theme – Responsive) and nothing would happen. This is the main reason why I am not going to start my blog at this point. I realize it may well be my lack of understanding how WP works but it seems to me that some sort of confirmation of actions taken should be obvious. It wasn’t to me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not sure why the refund didn’t go through, but I can help you get this straightened out.
I’d be happy to refund your WordPress.com Premium upgrade for you. Since you’ve registered a domain name using it, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can refund your entire Premium purchase, including your domain whatsupinthehills.com. This will lead to a total refund of $99. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing whatsupinthehills.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $73. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, whatsupinthehills.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.
