How long does it take for a published post to appear in browser searches

    I published a post yesterday but if it doesn’t appear when I do a search using my browser. How long does it take before a published post starts appearing in searches? I used tags but do I have to do something with regard to SEO?

    It depends on the SEO of the site on which the post is published.

    You have none, basically, because you have a brand new blog, have only one post, no incoming links, and no outgoing links even.

    It can take up to seven weeks for new blogs to be indexed by Google; if you wish to facilitate the process, do a search of the forum for tips on SEO and related terms.
