Hello. I paid for a .com address and my blog still says .wordpress.com. How long does it take for my blog to become just a .com?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you provide the URL of the domain here I can do more checking provide more specific information.
It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at the domain URL please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, and try again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies
It is not unusual for the last place to flush their DNS caches to be your own ISP. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during this stage is to be patient.

Also know that when you are in your Dashboard, your URL will still include the (wordpress) part. Only when you visit the front page, posts and pages will the (wordpress) be dropped. That confused me at first too.

I survived the gawd awful flu from hell, pneumonia, bronchitis and laryngitis. Thank goodness I can breathe deeply and sing again as I’m in two choirs and we just started up again. If you hear anyone coughing run for the hills.
