how long does it take to delete a website

Good day all, how long does it take to delete a site? I deleted it off my account completely. I then tried to create the same site using a different account and it gives me a site name with a bunch of numbers at the end. How long do i have to wait to use the same name on a different account?
It’s the free site so has a certain name as the subnet.

Deleting a site means that address become permanently unavailable for use in the future:
The good news is, kclrentals.wordpress.com was deleted less than 30 days ago so I can reverse the deletion and restore the site back to the account you are logged in to. This will give you the option to transfer ownership of the site to another account and manage it there:
