How long does it take to find out if you are approved? (WordAds)

  I completed the form to add WordAds 1 week ago and haven’t heard anything back. How long does it normally take to get the ads onto your site? I have read about the No Ads on this forum as well. How do I see if I have that type of account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
