How long does it take to get a reply in this forum

I asked a question on the forum a couple days ago and I just want some input I also asked yesterday and I’m just wonder generally how long does it take to get a reply. I just have a simple question about something confusion on my word press account. Specifically under managing the sites I follow. I don’t follow any sites on word press (anymore after I unfollowed them, and I’m trying to start fresh with my word press account by deleting my blogs and making me ones, anyways under the manage followed sites there is a small heading that says sites:1 indicating that I am following 1 site but I am not because just bellow this it says I am not following any sites. I did have 2 but I deleted that so what is this. If anybody has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
