I can see a couple of attempts to do an import but no content has come through. Please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.

Blog.com is not one of the services for which we provide direct import options. Please try using the importer tool for WordPress specifically and see if that works. That importer can handle .xml files from several different services, although I’m unclear if blog.com sites can be imported that way.
If that doesn’t work, please upload your file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox and I can see if it would be possible to import the file for you.
