How long does WordPress Support take to get back usually

  I have spent hours trying to resolve a problem importing my blog to facebook. I have contacted Support twice. How long do they take to respond usually. I’m thinking I can’t waste any more time on this so will probably have to transfer my blog to a different provider.

  I’ve asked so many people who have given me so many tips but nothing works.

  Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes emails can slip into there on accident.
