I’m soooooo confused. I didn’t know you were charging me anything until I saw a $100 charge on my credit card. How long have you been charging me? My cashflow is SUPER TIGHT right now and can’t afford any of this.
How can I make this stop and get a refund?!?!

Hi there,
Your account hasn’t owned any upgrades with us since 15 September when you cancelled your premium plan for a full refund. We have not charged you for anything since then.
If you’ve received a new charge from us, it’s from an upgrade on a site that belongs to a different account.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
