How long to get domain mapped to wordpress?

  I put the domain I own through GoDaddy called pickupbasics.com and mapped it to pickupbasics.wordpress.com but the website still isn’t connecting and it’s been three hours. What’s the issue?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=pickupbasics.com

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  It can take a day or two for the change to go live world wide, but when I visit pickupbasics.com I see your site, so if you aren’t seeing it yet it’s just a matter of time :)
