How long to recover delete site?

  Either a malicious admin or WP itself nuked our site tonight. Got an email at 6:00:07 saying it had been deleted. I’ve tried to contact support (we are on the lowest paid tier) with our most recent payment transaction info requesting restoration or at least how to proceed as the link they provide brings me to …nothing.
  
  How long before anyone actually looks at this?
  Will they be able to restore or are we going to have to start from scratch (another admin has a very old export)?

  Where is WP.com support? I AM ON A PAID PLAN. There is no “help center” as my deleted site is not listed.

  http://rangersreport2.wordpress.com/ is on the Free Plan, not a paid plan.

  Only the owner of a site can delete a site, so you know who is able to do so.

  It is *not* on a free plan. I have a transaction receipt from paying it myself

  So again – how do I get contact with a human at WP support to look at this? This was a paid personal plan.
