  Hello there,

  We try very hard to answer all support requests within 24 hours, but sometimes we do get a bit behind, but rest assured we will get to you as soon as we possibly can.

  We also don’t discuss TOS issues on the public forums, so with that in mind, I’ll go ahead and close this thread.
