How long until my guided transfer is in process?

  I purchased a guided transfer yesterday and it has been a full 24 hours and I haven’t hear from WordPress. Is this normal? How long will it take till I hear something? If this isn’t normal, how do I contact them?

  I have flagged this for staff attention

  But keep in mind this is a big holiday weekend and many of the staff live in the US, so to expect instant contact is a bit optimistic. Someone from the Guided Transfer Group should contact you a few days ahead of the planned transfer to schedule the transfer and get some details to make sure the transfer goes as planned. The transfer will not be a surprise to you

  Thank you so much. Being in Canada I wasn’t thinking of the US Thanksgiving. I shall wait patiently :)

  One other point, since you were able to purchase the Guided Transfer all is well, if they get too large a backlog the option to purchase will be turned off to keep the backlog from getting too long
