    Hello,

    You’ll be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Hi @jasonwatkins528398370, your refund is on its way, though routing can take a while. I will say too, sometimes the refunds do appear almost immediately… it’s just not always the case and it’s not something we have control over.

    So, if you don’t see it after 10 business days, try contacting your bank; they may be able to give you a better estimate.
