how long will it take for a domain to be cancelled

I’ve just cancelled our old domain welcometothepogoverse.com because we just want to use kryptoblog.com from here on out. Apparently kryptoblog.com, our primary domain was deactivated until we either renewed the old domain or cancelled it. How long will it take for welcometothepogoverse to be officially cancelled so that our primary domain will start working again? I also want to clarify that kryptoblog.com will indeed connect to our blog Kryptoverse. Don’t want to lose any of our content. Thanks so much!- Jason

I see that welcometothepogoverse.com expired 9 days ago. Because it expired, rather than was cancelled, it’s still connected to your site.
In order to keep the expired domain from interfering with your site, I’ve detached it from your account.
