How long WordPress.com takes to attend to copyright violations?

I read different opinions of wordpress.com in dealing with copyright issues – some say it does not act, while others say it acts fast. And some say that wordpress.com acts only if the issue is put on its support forum. And therefore this support ticket
One of the blogger on wordpress.com is indulging in plagiarism
( ONE ) He has copy pasted my article at: http://carocks.wordpress.com/2011/12/31/so-you-want-to-do-articleship/
This is without any authorisation. The copyright policy of my website is clear that if one wishes to distribute content that has to be downloaded in pdf form from link provided on my website. and point (7) is clear that no one is allowed to make copy of webpage on any other site.

The acceptable user behaviour at top that I added some months back and it seems that internet archives has not yet put out the update.
What can be worse – that now plagiarists have started even copy-pasting copyright policies of private websites?
Request to plz remove the offending webpages from wordpress.com
