How make hyperlink to small section of a picture?

    I want to have a hyperlink to another section on my website, in a small section of a picture on my website. When I’m showing a picture of a group, a click on one face would take the reader to a section on that person. Same thing (but different hyperlink and destination) to the person beside him.
    Please — how do I do that?
