How many Blogs can i create with one account

  I just saw i can create more than one blog in my account. The question is, how many blogs can i create with one account? I found a really old thread (2006) that said i can create unlimited blogs, is that true? I really need about 12-15 as i’m planning to write for different niches.

  @raincoaster: does it cost extra or are such blogs included in one’s regular payments for “first” blog?
