  how many blogs can I have on one email?

  If I can have more than one blog on one email, how can I set up a second one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For every username account you can have a single email address and you can register as many blogs as you wish to under it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/ Note that if you go crazy and start registering many blogs in a short period of time like spammers do, the software is programmed to prevent that behavior.
