  Hello!

  When you say ‘basic plan’ do you mean the Free Plan or the Personal Plan? You will get email forwarding with a custom domain on a paid plan but not be able to send emails from that domain.

  It also doesn’t automatically come with the plans, you need to add it to your plan. Here is a guide on how to add email:
