How many comments to one page can be displayed?
-
All accepted comments to my home page (and my replies to them) have not been displayed since July. Is there room for only a given maximum number of comments or is there a maximum size for page+comments?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Unless you have set the comments to pagination or something, it will display an infinite number. I have over two thousand comments on my Mummified Fairy post.

I have received altogether 37 comments from starting my blog, according to the Dashboard Comments file. The 8 last ones (those from August 2013 and on) have not made it to the comments section under my “Välkommen!” home page.
I wrote a grateful reply to each of them, and now I feel terribly embarrassed by having made it seem as if I discarded those nice writers altogether. Is there a way to start displaying comments to me again?

Backtrack – stop – please! After 4 years and 2,000 posts I have just NOW discovered that the comments to a page has a link to a continuation file, so all the comments are indeed displayed. But this continuation is done in a screwed up manner and is totally unintuitive to the reader (and myself).
Now what I have to do us to search for the proper place to file an “improvement suggestion”.
And thank you for your first answer. Without it I would never have found this hidden continuation indication.

I have tried to find Settings -> Discussion to do what you said, but I can not find it anywhere. On which page do I find it?
-
It’s on your dashboard. Settings is one of the icons on the left sidebar. Discussion is a sub-page of that.

I have to understand what you want me to do. I have never been to that Discussion page before and I see that a few items there could be useful to know. But what is it that I should disable there? I thought that you meant me to close this topic, but there was no place to do it there.
