How many newbies stand in front of a bus before they get their site up?

  Biggest problem. My theme in my browser is great and the one I chose, ‘Colinear’ my theme in Dashboard and the Customizer are showing a totally different theme ‘Edin’, Is there a way of starting total over?
  Or do I just need to find a bus?
