How many posts per page?

  I’m designing my blog for e-commerce and am posting images and descriptions of my offerings. Is there a limit to the number of posts per page and, if there is, then what happens?

  Just consider how bandwidth intensive your images are. If people on dial up have to wait forever and a day for your page to load, they’re gonna give up. I’ve seen pages that take in the order of a minute plus to load on my DSL and I give up on them.

  Er, I still have dial up so I’m VERY aware of page loading times. My blog’s home page is slowing down so I’m asking what to do next because I’m unfamiliar with blogging and the answer isn’t obvious to me.

  reduce the number of posts on the page by going to settings>reading.
