How many subscribers do I have? Difference between that and email followers?

  I am trying to understand how many subscribers I really have and where to access them. In our subscription box, it says we have over 45,000 subscribers. However, when we go to the PEOPLE > EMAIL FOLLOWERS tab, it only lists about 4,200.

  What is this difference, and where do I find all the people who signed up for the email notifications?
