  Please could you tell me how many subscriptions WordPress allows?

  Is there any allowed limit of subscriptions?

  I mean subscriptions to new blog posts

  From what I’ve researched on WordPress.com, there is no limit to the number of subscriptions a site can have for new blog posts. WordPress allows unlimited subscribers to subscribe to your website’s blog posts.

  Thanks Juline.

  I was thinking of using one of those two plugins.
  If there are no limits, you could manage the sending of newsletters to thousands of subscribers, avoiding paying services like mailchimp.
