How many times can I cancel from Premium?

    I would like to try the premium plan for a few weeks to see if it would work for our website. I understand there’s a 30 day refund. I just want to confirm that indeed I can get a full refund within 30 days, is that right?

    And if I would like to try it again for a few weeks after that, can I get the refund again, or is it only a one time thing?

    What if I would like to try a different plan?

    Hi there,

    You can try out plans as many times as you want, but if your system detects a pattern of you buying and then refunding plans it might flag your transactions as fraudulent and block you from purchasing completely.
