  I wish to map http://www.dddemo.net with the theme “Lifestyle”! I pay 99.- USD för what? plus 13.- USD?

  Just click the links in the sidebar to read more about each individual upgrade that is included.

  A domain mapping upgrade is $13 on its own, but that cost is included in your Premium package, so we refunded that $13 and you’ve only paid $99.

  Premium themes are not included in the premium package, but you’re welcome to purchase Lifestyle separately. Let me know if you have further questions!
