How may email addresses in WordPress Pro

    I would like to get the pro plan. I would like to add professional address but there is no information of how many addresses you can add during the initian 3 months after your subscription or what is the cost of each address after the first 3 months are over. Could someone help me with the answer:
    1) How many pro email addresses can I add during the first 3 months of the wp pro?
    2) After the trial is over, how much does it cost each professional email address?
    3) If I move out of WP could I take my email addresses with me?

    1) How many pro email addresses can I add during the first 3 months of the wp pro?

    You only get one free email address for the first 3 months. You can add as many pro emails as you want though.

    2) After the trial is over, how much does it cost each professional email address?

    It will cost you about $35 per mailbox per year or $3.50 per mailbox per month. I hope this helped.

    3) If I move out of WP could I take my email addresses with me?

    It depends. If you want all the contents along with the email addresses, it will depend on whether the host you move to also uses titan.email, which is the same service used by wordpress.com, you can import your emails.

    If you just want the email address and don’t care about the content, then you can set it up however you like.

    Hi there,

    1) How many pro email addresses can I add during the first 3 months of the wp pro?

    Just to clarify, the Pro plan doesn’t include an email address. It does include a domain for free for the first year.

    Professional email is a separate add-on, and you only need a domain to buy that add-on. When you sign up for Professional email, your first address/inbox is free for the first three months. Any additional inboxes are separate add-on purchases, and for those you’ll be paying from the moment you add the new inbox.

    3) If I move out of WP could I take my email addresses with me?

    You can set up the same email address with any email provider, at any hosting provider, as long as you still own the domain.

    If you want to keep your existing inbox, we can help you transfer your billing from us to Titan, and then you can set up the DNS records needed for your email at your new hosting provider.

    Or if you want to set up a new email account with a different email provider, but still want access to the emails in the inbox with us, you’ll be able to download a backup of your emails. It’s up to your new email provider whether they’d let you import those on their end.
