How much are you allowed to sell on wordpress?

  I was wondering can anybody run down the basic parameters for use of wordpress to sell things? I’m considering writing an ebook and selling it from my blog. Also articles and so on. I don’t need a super definitve answer but just anybody’s general sense of the do’s and don’ts of the commercial use of wordpress would be a help.

  IT’s not about how much, but WHAT.

  Authors can sell their books and ebooks as long as they aren’t themselves “how to make a million in an MLM” etc. Artists can sell their wares. You can even sell your WP.com blog contents to be posted or printed up elsewhere. You can’t do it the other way around (ie get paid to post something to WordPress.com).
