  As many as you like. But you won’t be able to post via RSS feed, so if you’re thinking of building a splog network, you’ll fail.

  Apparently you mean posts, not blogs. By itself, that shouldn’t be a problem. But… assuming you’re talking about http://lisa369.wordpress.com/ , it seems the sole purpose of this blog is to give links to all sorts of other sites: most likely against wp.com terms of service.

  As far as WordPress.COM ToS is concerned, 10 blogs or more per day seems to be okay.

  Your blog broke the rules already. It is suspended. Given what you have said here it will not be returned.

  As has been suggested, go to Blogspot. You can do what you want there.
