How much does WordPress charge for mapping to my own domain (Free Account)

  Hi guys,

  I hope you can help. I would like to use WordPress to design the landing page to a domain I already own. My challenge is affordability. I am unemployed so really need to conserve my funds. At the option to specify a domain you state ‘$13.00 per year plus registration costs at your current provider’.

  I may be a bit stupid .. Or careful… But does this mean I need to pay WordPress $13 per year to have the site linked to the domain?

  Hi there,

  You need a paid plan, Personal plan at a minimum to be able to link the domain you own to WordPress.com.
