How much time it will take for the content to be off the search engine?

    I have just deleted my blog but when googling quotes of the content that was on that blog, many results come out.
    How much time will it take to delete, definitely, all the content from all the search engines, like google?

    Several months for search engines to update and clear their caches – in some cases it seems that some search engines never forget

    You would have been better off to delete the content from the blog and leave it active based on what some have said in the forum
