    How much would it cost to launch 13 websites?

    Hi there,

    Your account is only 6 hours old and the your link leads to a wp.COM blog with no content. While you can set up as many free wp.COM blogs as you would like I wonder why you need 13 of them in less than a day.

    Please review the TOS you signed to start your blog:

    specifically the types of blogs you can use wp.COM for:
    http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/

    In the latest link above (read it carefully!!) there is info about the types of blogs which are not compliant with the TOS here:
    Scraper blogs
    SEO blogs
    Affiliate marketing blogs
    Warez blogs
    Automated blogs

    If you have 13 different topics/fields of interest/or the various sorts of acceptable to wp.COM blogs, then there is no cost to you. You can create as many blogs as you need.

    The other thing I wonder is about setting up one wp.COM blog with 13 different categories.

    Once you have those categories you can create a custom menu using navigational links to each of those categories…

    Thank you for your response(s). I am partnered with a real estate association in which there are 13 different businesses that would be interested in building websites that are independent of one another, however the association is the glue that binds us all together. Hence, they cannot be linked together. That is why I asked what the cost of 13 accounts/sites would be. In discussion with 7 individual companies about using WordPress for websites – they expressed sincere interest.

    Also, in one day’s usage of WordPress – I was delighted to see the ease of use and the beautiful layout. In my excitement, I held a meeting with the association and showed those attending what they could expect to find should they decide to use WordPress, everyone agreed – WordPress provides an excellent service, and we could see a great potential use for all of us.

    Anyone can register a free wordpress.com account and anyone can use it to create their own free website/blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
    It’s important that anyone who is considering doing this clearly undertsnads the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs ans self hosted WordPress.org installs > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Sorry for sounding so skeptical about you starting so many websites at once. It looks like you and the members of your group will be happy about each being hosted on WP.COM.

    Just double-check to be sure you all know the difference between wp.com and wp.org as timethief linked to.
