How my blog be visible to anyone ?

  as i read in word press /general sittings that my blog mmmluck.wordpress.com is visible only by me
  while i wanted to be world wide .
  can you explain please ?

  The easiest way to do this is to change the Privacy Settings.
  In your Dashboard click on ‘Settings’ and then ‘Privacy’. Followed by clicking one of the first two options. This makes your blog public for everybody.
