  Good Morning – You may use your purchased domain here at WordPress.com by completing Domain Mapping. Every year, you would need to renew your domain through your registrar and the Domain Mapping with WordPress.com.

  If you are asking about self hosted websites, that is a different answer. Self hosted websites use the installation of WordPress ; WordPress.org. All support for self hosted sites is found at http://wordpress.org/support/
