How not to have new posts show on homepage?

  I changed my homepage to ‘static’. Yet whenever I add a new post in any of my categories, it appears on the top of my frontpage also. How can I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which website are you referring to? https://guywhoneedshelp.wordpress.com/ evidently doesn’t have any published posts.
