How nto change font in widgets?

  At this moment, the default font which appears above my widgets is huge, and ugly. How can I change this to s smaller and more attractive font?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To change the widget titles would require the Custom Design Upgrade and then some modifications to the CSS.
