How o I install smush it. plug in? Why is my Header title messed up on my site?

I cannot figure out where to find and install the Smush it. plug in. Also the Header name on my site keeps moving around messing up the letter format even though it appears perfect in the dashboard preview- the set up in the preview for the Header title does not translate to the actual site.

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins, a shopping cart, etc. then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
