How often do your IP addresses change?

I must verify my ownership of the specific subdomain on which my WordPress.com page is hosted with Google Webmaster Tools. However, the options provided by Google for doing this are:
    1. Upload an HTML file to your site.
    2. Add a meta tag to your site’s home page.
    3. Use your Google Analytics account.
    4. Use your Google Tag Manager account.
Unless I’m mistaken, none of these options are available on the WordPress.com platform.

The last available option is to add the TXT record Google provides to the DNS configuration for the subdomain. The problem here is that I must use a C Record to point my subdomain to my WordPress.com page address. However, it is not possible to use any other DNS record with a C Record, including a TXT record.

Fortunately, DNS Made Easy provides a proprietary solution they call an A Name Record. Using this record would allow me to also use the TXT record I need on the same subdomain. A Name records are explained at http://help.dnsmadeeasy.com/spry_menu/aname-records/

How often do your IP addresses change? What TTL value do you suggest for the creation of an A Record at DNS Made Easy?

Or, do you have another solution?
